Lucas & Lucas, P.S. does not prepare tax returns.  Rather, we work cooperatively with our clients’ Certified Public Accountants, tax preparers, financial planners, bankers, and other professional advisors to provide timely and appropriate legal counsel on a case-by-case basis.

Lucas & Lucas, P.S. is also available to negotiate with state and federal taxing authorities, and where necessary, to litigate substantive tax issues. Where a client's tax liability is undisputed, we have made successful use of payment plans and offers in compromise to resolve past obligations.
